Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Ladies Laundry (“Ladies Laundry”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using our app and services, you agree to them. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy and Care Policy.

1. Acceptance

By using Ladies Laundry, you confirm you are at least 18 years old and able to enter into this agreement. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the service.

2. Your account

• You sign in with your mobile number and a one-time verification code. Keep access to your number and device secure.
• You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your address and contact details up to date.
• You are responsible for activity that takes place through your account.
• Tell us promptly if you suspect any unauthorised use.

3. The service

Ladies Laundry offers laundry and garment-care services with pickup and delivery in our service areas, plus a membership and rewards program. Service availability, pickup and delivery windows, and coverage areas may vary and can change.

4. Orders, pricing & payment

• Prices are shown in Omani Rial (OMR). Prices and service lists may change; the price that applies is the one in effect when your order is processed.
• Any estimate shown before pickup is indicative. Your final bill is based on the actual items received and services performed, and is confirmed after your items are counted.
• Payment is due as presented at delivery or as otherwise arranged. You agree to pay the final billed amount for your order.
• You are responsible for ensuring items handed over are correct and that pockets are empty — see the Care Policy.

5. Rewards & loyalty

• Points, tiers, coupons, and rewards have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are non-transferable unless we say otherwise.
• We may change, pause, or end the rewards program, or adjust how points are earned or redeemed, at any time.
• Rewards obtained through error, fraud, or abuse may be voided.

6. Cancellations

You may cancel an order as described in our Care Policy. In short, cancellation is free of charge any time before our driver collects your items.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the app, our systems, or other users’ accounts.
• Misuse promotions or rewards, or submit false information.
• Copy, modify, or reverse-engineer the app except as permitted by law.

8. Items, care & liability

How we handle your garments — including special-care items and our responsibility for lost or damaged items — is set out in the Care Policy, which forms part of these terms. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited as described there.

9. Service “as is”

We work hard to provide a reliable, high-quality service, but the app and service are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

10. Intellectual property

The Ladies Laundry name, logo, app, and content are owned by us or our licensors. You may use the app only for its intended purpose. The Ladies Laundry brand name remains our property.

11. Suspension & termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms, misuse the service, or where necessary to protect our customers, staff, or business.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman, and the courts of the Sultanate of Oman have jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights you have.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will revise the “last updated” date and, for material changes, notify you in the app. Continuing to use the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
