What we can help with

• Orders — changing or cancelling a pickup, delivery timing, or anything about an order in progress.
• Items — questions about how something was cleaned, or an issue with a returned item.
• Pricing — what a service costs before you book.
• Account — your saved address, phone number, or rewards.
• The app — trouble signing in, or anything that isn’t working as it should.

Where we operate

Ladies Laundry serves Muscat, Sultanate of Oman. If you’re outside our current pickup and delivery area, message us — we’re expanding, and we’ll let you know when we reach you.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account and its personal data at any time from the app: open the Account tab and choose Delete account. If you’d rather we did it for you, message us on WhatsApp or email support@ladieslaundry.com. See our Privacy Policy for what we keep and why.
